Default '98 Caravan 3.3 / Doing Repair...what else to replace?

Removing the timing chain cover because it is leaking oil severely...what else should i replace?

So far:

new coolant and distilled water
new oil and filter
water pump and hoses
timing chain cover gasket
timing chain
oil pan gasket
o-rings
crank seal

what else would you all replace?

a 3.0L has a timing belt. Replace the belt and tensioner

Yea, I can do that. So far I've got the motor mount out, the ac moved, coolant and oil drained, obviously the belts off and the crank damper is off. Getting ready to remove the idler pulley, the engine bracket and then the timing chain cover.

Got a severe headache after straining to get the bolt out of the damper...so I took a break. My butterfly impact wouldn't even break it.

There are 3 orings on the rear of the cover that you will want to replace and yes the crank seal. Make sure the crank is not grooved by the seal.

the o-rings weren't even circles anymore, the gasket was all but non-existant. i'll check the crank for sure. also, the timing chain was decently tight on one side and loose as hell on the other...gonna replace that too.
