Default Brakes

I just replaced the front and rear brake pad approximately 3mths ago and now have a squeek in the rear. The brake light has started going on and off. there is a whistling noise from the rearend when I am backing up. This thing is going to hell in a hand basket! The passanger sliding door has also started to rattle. Any help would be GREATLY Appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. What year is your van? For the brake lamp, make sure the master cylinder is full. Pads have a tendency to squeek if you are a light braker.

The van is a 2009 and I checked the fluid and added about half a bottle. The light is now off but am still concerned because I don't see any leakage on driveway. Thanks for any advice.

Check the rear calipers for a possible leak. There is a technical service bulletin for the sliding door rattle but I can't cut and paste it here. I can probably email it to you if you would like. Send me a private message with your email and I will see what I can do.
