We have had some weird issues with the van that I have been able to fix for the most part so am hoping you all can help me with this one.

My wife just got home from work and said that the keyless entry did not work when she tried to unlock the vehicle and then when she started it the windsheild wipers did not work, the fuel gauge did not work and the dash said their was a door open when no doors were open.

I went and checked it out and the keyless remote did not work but after I started the vehicle everything was fine but the check engine light was on. After I turned the vehicle off the keyless remote did work again...Is this a relay issue and if so which one? Any help is much appreciated as I am pretty new to this whole home mechanic thing.

whats the code for Check engine light? Hit Autozone and have it scan.
a wild guess would possibly a bad Body control module. or bad battery?
