Talking Cylinder heads

Hello
My brother and I are working on a 97 caravan 3.3. The rear head is bad and we have pulled it, no problem. Question is the heads interchangable? We found a donor that we can get the front head off with no problem, like 30 minutes. can we use this front head on the rear of the motor with no issues, and which head gasket do we get, (front or rear bank?) thanks

The answer is YES, They are both the same part numbers. But if you have a EGR port on the head and you don't have an EGR valve going to that port. Put a plate on it and plug that hole or you will have an exhaust leak.
