Unhappy My 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan heater fan isn't working

Hello !

My name is Kimberly and I need some help diagnosing an intermittent problem with my Grand Caravan heater fan. It is a 1999 and my heater fan would work and then stop but would be working again after my vehicle sat overnight. For the past 3 days it has not worked though and it is getting colder. Can you help me determine where to start looking for the problem?

I too am having the same problem. I was told that it was a bad switch. I am going to replace it and see what happens

Welcome to DF

For both of our new members, I would guess the fan blower relay maybe the problem. You would need to remove the wiper cowl to replace it. I will move your post to the Minivan section/ Caravan.

Wiring diagrams are showing the front blower motor relay in the PDC. Has something changed?

Default heater fan fixed

I went ahead and replaced the relay and it worked. My heater fan works again. I also went ahead and replaced the blower fan fuse and relay and it all works. Thank you very much for the help.
