Hi, i have only done both heads on a 97 3.3, all I can say it patients.... and place inside is helpful. I did the front head one month and 7 months eariler the back head went. You can do it but take pics and note every hose, line and bolts....keep them together.....

After I pulled the heads on our 88 3.0 to replace the exhaust valve guides, I told my wife to shoot me if I tried it again. However, I did get it done but do have a couple of suggestions.
1. Soak the exhaust manifold bolts for several days with PBBlaster or something similar.
2. Plan on replacing the timing belt and water pump while everything is apart.
3. Change the oil and filter afterwards.

Good advice from both mfahey & usmarine0905 and make sure you keep it very clean when installing the head gasket, also make sure your torque wrench is working properly and if you have to buy one don't buy cheap.
