Angry Air temp doesn't work

The ambient air temp doesn't work on my 2010 Grand Caravan. I have replaced the sensor and reset the ECM but the gage will only display the current temp and stay at that temp. Sometimes it will work for a few minites then stay on the last temp. Any ideas?
