My 1997 Dodge grand caravan se won't start. It was starting every time until this time just as the engine was about to fire it stopped turning over.

After that it would not turn over anymore so I replaced the starter but it still won't turn over. There is power to the starter solenoid but the starter doesn't turn over at all.

Have you tried to turn the engine over by hand?

 

You will notice there is a cover under the pass front of the van, Just inside a little from the wheel inner fender, Remove that and put a socket on the crank shaft bolt and try to rotate it.
