96 Grand Caravan 3.3L cold start problem.
I have a 1996 Grand Caravan that will not start in really cold weather (below 40 degrees). It cranks fine, starter sounds strong, but engine will not start. Once the weather warms up a bit it starts fine. Entire fuel pump assembly was replaced about about 15k miles ago and I can hear the pump when the ignition is turned on. Starter was replaced about 20k miles ago. Just put a new battery in it last month. Did the "key dance" and the codes it gave me were 12, 54 and 32.
Any ideas on where to go from there?

Code 12 is battery disconnect, code 32 EGR system failure and code 54 no cam signal at the PCM. Inspect the EGR system and replace the camshaft sensor with a new mopar sensor.
