Ok once in a while my 98 caravan's parking lights flicker when I drive and it seems more when the engine is cold? Im assuming its a ground as everything works fine. But does anyone know where the ground would be for them? are they at the rear by the tail lights? I heard that odds are that is where it is

 

it's the ground between the BCM and the relay switch. I took out the relay and put a fuse-able link with a switch inside near the headlight switch and it works fine. just know that if your dash lights are out you have no taillights.
