Default Oil coming from exhaust bolts

Hello. I have a '99 Dodge Caravan 4 cylinder. I've changed the valve cover gasket, knock sensor o-ring, and thoroughly degreased the engine. I've noticed oil coming from the exhaust manifold bolts. I don't believe oil is coming from the combustion chambers as the spark plugs are very clean. Can anyone please help?

would say the valve cover wasnt installed properly such as needing some rtv sealant in certain spots as specified by a haynes manual or such

No. I did install the valve cover gasket exactly how haynes described it by using rtv sealant around the neccessary locations! There is NO oil coming from the new gasket.
