Tried using the a/c for the first time yesterday on our 2011 Caravan with 31,000 kms and only the driver's side would blow cold. The passenger side and rear would blow hot like the heat was on. All controls were set to cool. This model doesn 't have the automatic feature so no sync feature either. Any ideas? Thanks.

 

You should be still covered under basic warranty, 3year or 36k. I would have the dealer take a look at the problem, and post their findings.
