Default New pads/rotors on 08 DGC sqeaking?!?

I have an '08 DGC (bought used) and my brakes were grinding. So I knew I needed new pads/rotors. I had them replaced and I've had my van in the shop 3 times trying since then to get rid of the squeal.
The 1st return trip was b/c the car was still vibrating, so they machined the NEW rotors. The last return trip they actually replaced the 1st set w/new ones and it is still sqealing.
I'm taking it in again for a 4th time on Tuesday and want to know if anyone has been able to have this issue corrected, and if so, what was the solution. Thanks in advance!
Crystal

So you've had 2 sets of pads and 2 sets of rotors?

Yep! They replaced them the first time and had to take it back for vibrating. They machined them down but then they started squeaking. So I took it back again and they replaced the 2 week old pads/rotors with new set b/c they said the rotors were already starting to warp...really? 2 weeks old and they're already starting to warp? Whatever!
So, they put a new set on and over a week later they are still squeaking!

you using dealership and OEM parts? or independent shop?
Some of the cheap pads squeals, and cheap rotors comes warp out of the box.
