my passenger side sliding door is power an it does not open. neither does the hatch. but the driver side works just fine. took it to a mechanic today who took the panel off. and he said all wires and everything was hooked up fine.. he did not see a prob when looking inside the panels.... he suggested the bcm might need to be reprogrammed or the whole thing may need to be replaced.. wondering if anybody knows about this... i really cant afford to spend all this money... i will have to pay for it to be reprogrammed and if that does not work turn around and pay to replace it.... please help

 

Open your fuse box and look for a fuse labeled IOD or Memory. Pull it out, wait 3 minutes then reinstall it. This will reset the BCM and data bus and hopefully your door problem. Can't find it? Disconnecting the negative battery cable will do the same.
