I don't see that code in the list above or in my service manual. I'd disconnect the battery and see if it comes back.

Interesting.. Your saying this code is not listed for this van?

I have cleared it (with a OBDII reader) and it came back within 10 mins of driving.

That doesn't necessarily mean that this code applies to your year, model or engine. There is a very long list of codes that may or may not apply to your application.
If you have enough patience, try googling your year and the code and you may come up with something.

Found this info on that year. Had to guess on motor.I picked 3.3 :

DTC Code: P0465
Description: Evaporative Emission System Purge Flow Sensor Circuit
Probable Causes:

1. Sensor or solenoid faulty
2. Connector terminal contact is damaged or corroded
3. Wire harness - Check harness for correct voltage, open, short to ground or short to voltage
4. Update control unit software - Check for the latest control unit update
5. Powertrain or Engine Control Module faulty
6. EVAP system - Check fuel cap, canister, valves or components

My daughters van was getting that type of error too, I found a short piece of hose that was cracked that was for the evap system. Had to remove the air box (passenger side) and if you look by the shock tower lower. There is a short rubber hose that connects two hard plastic lines together. Her's had cracks all around the hose. Changed the hose and no more codes.

Hope it helps,
Ravenger.
