Question 87' Caravan fuel issues

Hey guys,
For the past year I've been fixing up an 87' caravan that has been sitting for two years. I finally got her running and got new gas and then during one day I was driving from one city to another I hit a big bump and after a while the van started to lag when I would push the gas (press the gas and then two seconds later the engine would respond) and then it died and it wouldn't start. I can hear the fuel pump when I go to turn on the van. I put starter fluid in the air intake and got her to start and stay in idle, she responded well to the gas pedal, but once I went to get the van on the road the same problem started.
My question is if the problem is with the fuel injectors or is it another much bigger problem?
If it is the injectors can I clean them by pulling them out and cleaning them. I'm not too savy when it comes to vehicles right now, but if instructed I can do it.
Thank you guys,
Ryan

Welcome to DF
My question, is do you have the 2.2/2.5 or the 3.0 engine? The problem could be the fuel system, fuel filter or pump.

It's a 3.0 liter v6. I kinda thought that might be the problem... The only problem is that I don't want to buy a new pump or new lines and it not be the problem.
