'05 GV SXT-Battery Drain & Sliding Doors
I'm not to sure whether this test will work or not, I know it does on older vehicles.
Make sure all Power such as lights etc are in the turned off position, then disconnect just one of the Battery Cables for about 5 seconds then re-connect it and if you see a spark then you know there is a drain on the Battery. If no Spark then no drain. From then on it is up to you to find the culprit that is drawing from the Battery.
As for the Batteries I buy all mine from a Farm implement dealer or TSC, and they are the Agriculture ones, never had an issue since.
