Hello all,
I recently bought a '96 Grand Caravan, the front wipers wont move. I have replaced the 30amp fuse, and the wiper-on relay. I can feel the relay click when I turn the wiper switch on steering column, so I assume both the switch, fuse and relay are all functioning as intended? is that correct, the relay would click if the switch didnt tell it to turn on, right?
Also it was told to me that the motor itself has a "memory" and I should unhook the neg. battery cable and remove the memory fuse in the relay box for 10min to reset it, which I also did.
Would replacing the wiper motor be the correct next course of action? If so could anyone please help me understand how to replace this?
I really need to get this fixed since in the rain it is undriveable for my wife,
any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated,
thank you for your time
