Car cuts off at stop signs and red Lights

I have A 2004 Dodge caravan that intermitintly cuts off the idle drops to 0 and car cuts off at red lights and stop signs could this be the Idle control valve? please help

My 2004 dodge caravan cuts off Idle drops to 0 and car cuts off at stop signs and red lights, how can i tell if it is the idle control valve, what could it be?
