Default Horrible brake sound & poor brake reponse

I have a 98 Town&Country, my brakes of all a sudden started having an issue where it makes a horrible high pitched squeal and they are hard to press as well just in park, when driving the car it is like it doesn't have power brakes anymore.

I checked the fluid and fuses and they are ok. There are no leaks as well.

Here is a video of what it sounds like:

i would get a professional brake person to look at it but if pads and oil is good then i would think your brake boster might be issue. hopefully master mechanic or tizzy pitch in.

that's a nice sound. Dogs go running when they hear that. That appears to be vacuum leaking from the push rod side when you apply the pedal. Go to the engine side and remove and plug the large vacuum line from the brake booster. Start the vehicle and apply the brakes a few times. If the noise stops after a few applications, then it is vacuum leaking and you will need a new booster.
