Can't start my Caravan 8-(
Last night, I went out, drove a few kms, came back home; a few minutes later, I went to go back out, could start the engine. When I turned the engine, I heard a chattering noise, sounded like a mechanic's air wrench; I noticed the gauge needles shoot clockwise all the way, but then settled back to zero after I released the key. Checked under the hood with a flashlight, didn't see anything unusual. Just in case there is connection, I did drive thru a heavy rainstorm on saturday.

Chattering relays and erratic instruments usually means weak power. Make sure your battery connections are clean and tight. Charge the battery using a charger. If the battery is 5 or more years old consider a new one. You could try jump starting the van with jumper cables. Hardly worth mentioning but on extremely rare occasions and I stress extremely, you can damage electronics on the van when jump starting.

Thank you Cougar41, I got a new battery on my way home after work. I had no problems starting the van after I popped the battery in. Saved me from towing the van to a shop to have it checked out.
Cheers!
