Question Sliding Door Issues - 2007 DGC

Okay, let me try and explain this - on my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, I'm having sliding door issues on the driver side, it is sticking and will not open. I can hear the motor release and start to pull the door open, but it won't open - then bogs down and waits and the re-latches itself, and now today it tries to open, cant and then starts viciously popping, the whole door is shaking in and out - but here is the kicker; the door works perfect about half the time, and the door motor was just replaced!

Any ideas or help...PLEASE!!!

There are a lot of known issues with broken wires in the door channel wire harness (occasionally working-see online videos and GC forums about this) and I personally have seen my door settle on my 01GC and sag so much that the locking assembly is not centered on the clasp. That brings up other issues with respect to door module picking up over torqueing forcing the door to abort motion. There are TSBs on how to check for door alignment. Basically, gaps of 5+-1mm all the way around from the B-pillar to the C-pillar. Everything has to be "aligned" in the universe to keep these doors working... Mike
