not starting anymore-1996 3.0 caravan-new starter-cleaned bat posts-one click at cig acc relay only-volt metered starter solonid wire at starter while cranking=nothing and on one constant 12+ at starter relay #30 the bottom one but when turn key no other power at the starter relay plug-thinking on jerry rigging momentary switch from + at starter to the solonoid and put button by key switch ???????????????????????

 

Did you try replacing the ignition switch? I know there was a problem with the NS body from 1996 to 2000.
