2006 Grand Caravan Sliding Door Lock Issues

Hi Guys...I have a 06 Gr. Caravan...the driver side rear sliding door is now permanently locked. It does not unlock with the power locks, nor can it be unlocked manually...

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You going to need to remove the door panel and try to open the door by reaching the latch from the inside.
