Default 1996 caravan 3.0 L

Good morning all. I have some issues with my van and could really use some help to narrow the problems down. I have 3 codes. P0108, P0106, P0300. I know the 08 is a map sensor. This is the problem I'm having.

When excelling the van will sometimes start loosing power. It will usually shut off and start right back up. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it will shutter and shut off again and I have to turn the key off for about 30 seconds and it starts back up and runs fine. Sometimes it runs flawless and I can excel without any trouble. I bought a fuel filter and plan to install today, but I believe there might be more to it than that. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Default Fuel filter

I just finished installing the new fuel filter. Looks like it had the original one still on there. 16 years of gas running thru it, I'm sure it was ready. It's been the best car by far that I believe I have ever owned for what little repairs I've had to do to it and the miles I have put on it. Maintenance is certainly the key though.

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0300 - can be caused by MAP sensor circuit failure

Fuel filters are designed to last the life of the van. That's why there's no scheduled change. Sure not going to hurt anything though.

I'm going to change the MAP sensor this weekend while I'm taking care of the soldering issue. Thanks for the reply.
