Question Idles way too low

2000 2.4L base caravan. ( Our third one with a 4 banger) Idle is smooth but way too low and I can't figure it out. Engine runs great, plenty of power ( for a 4 banger ) cruises all day at 70-75 mph with now probs. gas mileage is great. no trouble codes... It doesn't have a tach so I can't tell you just how low, but idles way slower than our previous 2.4L one.

Have cleaned throttle body, replace IAC, replaced TPS. 2 weeks ago replaced timing belt (didn't break, just mileage time) Idle was low before that too. ( Double and triple checked the timing marks anyway ) Inspected all vacuum hoses and sprayed around the intake and anywhere else I can think of checking for an intake leak.

Any idea what I have missed??
