One way is to ask us. 66 means no CCD data bus messages either from the TCM or BCM. Code 43 is either an ignition coil fault or engine misfire. Trouble with a code 43 is there are 10 different sub meanings. Only way to find out specifics is to connect a scanner and read the "P" codes. AutroZone and other parts stores will do that for you for free.

CCD - Chrysler Collision Detection - The acronym makes no sense but all it is is the data bus communications system all the computers/modules use to communicate on.

TCM - Transmission Control Module - the transmission computer mounted in the engine compartmnent

BCM - Body control module - computer used to control the data bus and much of the accessory circuits in the van located under the dash.

A tuneup, especially new spark plugs and wires could help but the odds are just as good it won't. If you're closing in on 100,000 miles since the last one then I would. At least check spark plug connections at the plug and coil for corrosion and security.

A random misfire means something is effecting multiple cylinders and not just one as is usually the case. That usually means parts associated with vacuum or fuel supply. Inspect vacuum hoses for cracks, intake planum gasket for leaks, EGR valve operation and fuel pressure. http://www.obd-codes.com/p0300
