Default Caravan transmission problems

2007 grand caravan SXT 4 speed overdrive not shifting at correct RPM. Had transmission serviced but no improvement. Mechanic suggested replacing the Speed sensor and the throttle position sensor. I am not positive that I replaced the correct sensor. There is a sensor on the bell housing side just above a solenoid pack and another one on the output side of the transmission just above the axle. I replaced the one that was on the axle side. After replacing the sensors it still will not shift at the correct RPM. Does the transmission computer need to be reset so it knows the sensor has been replaced.

Do you know what the codes are in the TCM?

No, would they show up in a standard OBD2 scan or would I need to take it to a transmission
shop? are the input and output speed sensors interchangeable?

Ok, replaced the input and output speed sensors and the throttle position sensor. Problem has diminished a little but has not gone away. Does the TCM need to be reset to recignise that new sensors have been installed?
