As soon as I left the lot I noticed that at idle the van shutters a lot. enough to feel it on my seat and steering wheel. I took it to dealer twice and both times they say that its the fuel management system tying to save gas .....??? OK but do you think it should try to save gas enough to the point to make the car shutter on idle???

I took it to another dodge dealer and they told me the same thing?!! could this be really true?

plz anyone having similar problem let me know what you have done.
Also when I reverse on an uphill (like my driveway) it vibrates all the way up as I accelerate .....

I noticed another memeber post they had same problem .. has anyone had this issue and has any positive feedback?

I have heard of the shudder while backing up a hill but am not sure if there is a repair for that. The vibration at idle that goes away when reved up, there is a star bulletin for that. Take it to your dealer and have them look up bulletin S1121000011.

 

While we're on it what is the difference between a "Star" bulletin and a TSB?
