Tire recommendations for 2006 GC SXT?

Tire recommendations for 2006 GC SXT?
Just wondering if anyone can recommend tires for my 2006 GC SXT. I'm looking for:
All-season
Quiet(er) ride on expressway
Other factors: We live in mid-Michigan. Translated, this means our roads are sh*t for beans. When they patch our freeways, they put in these 1-foot long, lane-wide patches that are basically low rumble strips. But I digress.

What's the price range you are looking at?
I used a set of Michelin Harmony (now they call it Defender), those tires last forever... 40k miles, I still have 50% tread left over. It remains smooth ride and decent traction. Tho, those tires are quite expensive.
If you are looking at cheaper alternative, Yokohama AVID series is fairly decent. Or the Factory Bridge Stone tires.
If you are looking at even cheaper, Kumho is probably the best budget tire. Smooth and quiet ride quality, tho, they don't last as long at the more expensive competitors.
