Default Bad Shock Absorbers
When I got my 2012 Caravan, the rear shocks were clonking and were replaced. 8,000 miles later, they need replaced again. Does Dodge make junky shocks or what?

1. Dodge does not make them, they just install them.
2. How do you use your van?
3. What types of roads do you drive on?
4. First I've heard of this as a recurring problem.

I drive like a little old lady on smooth suburban streets. No atrocious bumps even.

Do you have the tow package? I believe they are trying some sort of self leveling shock in vans so equipped. To me, it sounds like a poor design.
