Unhappy Can anyone help me please????

I have a 02 Caravan, 3.3l V6. I have had this issue for over a year now. I have replaced my radiator 4 times already with a new after market radiator and 3 used radiator taken from same make and model. Every single time I replace it after some time, maybe a week or two there is a leak coming from top corner of the radiator grill where the pump (coolant coming from engine) is attached. A week ago I have replaced it with the 4th radiator and only put water instead of antifreeze, it was working fine without any leaks. Last night I have mixed antifreeze coolant with water and today morning after 5min of driving it started leaking. Also to mention, I have replaced the water pump and belt about 3 months ago. The heater and AC working good. Temperature stays mid or below mid. There is no over heating problem. I don't know what to do anymore. I have spent well over $900 to get this fixed. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

Thanks

Overpressurized? Maybe a head gasket? Compression test? After four radiators, I think you have to look at the engine itself. Good luck.

It sounds kinda stupid at this point, but why not just try a bottle of radiator stop-leak?

Have you checked the overflow hose. It could have a hole in it at the top left conner of the radiator. Seems odd that they all leak at the same place.

Have you used a pressure tester in the process?

Whatever you do, do not take this advice!

Pin down the location of the leak. The number of radiators you have gone through dictates it is one of 2 things:
1) A problem with how you have been installing the radiators
2) The leak is not coming from the radiator itself

Do you have a picture of the area where the leak is?

Is the frame the radiator is bolted to tweaked? Did someone hit something with the front of the van recently like a parking space curb, street curb, etc?

DING! That's what i'm thinking.

OP, the bolt holding the radiator on that side wouldn't happen to be a little more difficult to get started than the other side would it?

Have you changed the upper hose or at least the clamp? If the factory spring clamp has gotten weak or the hose has developed a groove where the clamp was it could be leaking out of the hose towards the radiator making it appear to leak at the radiator itself.
