Default Whats This? Drain tube under battery pan?

Having just had my transmission relpaced on my '02 Grand Caravan and then the next day having had the PCM replaced as well (sigh)... as of this morning I noticed a black puddle under the front left of the van... right above it... is something that looks like a drian tube, where the stuff came out of... the stuff is sticky and does not smell like oil... I am wondering if this could be a tranny drain tube for overflow?? I traced the tube to the bottom of the battery tray... anyone have any idea what this is drianing from and should I be concerned?

So, bottom of the battery tray is a tube, that tube leads to the bottom front drivers side (left side) of the van.... it is leaking fluid... looks like oil but does not feel or smell like oil.

Thanks folks.

Acid drain...incase the battery leaks acid it can run out the bottom of the tray.
