need help with p 1478 code for 1999 dodge engine code
I have been told its the computer problem but the computer co says its a wiring problem who's right

 

I can't locate P1478 for 1999 but do find it in the newer model years. It is a code for the battery temperature sensor out of range. The sensor is internal to the PCM so if there is an issue with it, it would require replacement of the PCM.
