Default 2011 GC a lemon....

Well, it seems to not even us techs the lemons stay away. My 2011 GC is having many issues, the transmission issue ( dealer states normal or cant find codes) My side sliding doors rubbing in the body have already damaged the paint ( been to the dealer 3 times and they broke the panel) the rear hatch will at times not close when the close button is pressed all it does is act like if something is stuck and returns.. Intermittent cold start misfire. Well here is the story with the sliding doors;

has been at dealer 3 times for it, I am a master tech, chrysler training, ford training, kia/hyundai training, Mercedes training etc... I took it in the first time for driver door rubbing, they state o yea we duplicated and adjusted the door. Ok, ( I knew about the TSB), all is fine now. I take it home and polish the scuff mark. 2 weeks later scuff mark returns, take it back in, I tell him there is an issue with the panel, he states no there has never been an issue OK. I leave it, calls me at the end of day, come pick it up, we need parts as there is a stb and have to order parts. OK the perform TSB, 3 weeks later same thing. I take it back, My wife shows them the scuff mark and paint is scratched the understand and take it in. No call back that day, I call back the next day service manager tells me they are getting engineering involved. Ok they found the issue,( i already diagnosed it for them) well I get home and my wife states I got the van, they said all was ok.. Now Im pissed. I called and spoke to the service adviser who tried to get defensive with me, Then he hands me the service manager who tells me that he checked it personally and did not see it touch...I am pissed as they can fixed my van.. I got home and recorded a few videos, Here is what i did to prove it hits...so easy that I think their braindead techs dont even know. I put polish on the body where the scuff mark is, opened the door, closed it and there was the wax on the body panel.... Dodge seems to be trying hard to know warranty their vehicles... So now I also notice the broken door panel.....nice...Attourney time i think....videos will be attached and judge for yourself....

gentz, hate to say it but you will probably get no where with it being listed as a lemon, we had mechanical, electrical and safety issues and btween the dealer and dodge corp, no one was willing to work with us on making this a lemon, other than to pay more out of pocket for an attorney which i did not have money for. Our van had the ignition problem of stalling in the middle of the roads, we still have brake and rotor issues, we have had problems with our side doors closing prematurely, we had an oil leak that turned out being a oil plug and had a short block replacement, a rear heater blower motor, recently a belt tensioner, reprogramming of the side door computer and resetting the start/stop points. So as you can see we have had a lot of issues, and no go on the lemon law despite multitude of issues and repeats of the same issues. Dodge's standing is that as long as they feel they can fix it then they will not put it as a lemon. I wish you the best of luck though and i feel your pain!!!
