signal fuse keeps blowing -
I have a 2000 Grand Caravan, and the 15amp fuse keeps blowing out for my signals. This is new.
Plus I have been living with no horn, and no internal lights.
At 315,000 miles, is everything going to just stop working!!

Under the hood,
no cruise control (has not been working in a long time, along with interior lights and horn..long time). Air bag light remains on yes
Will need to get back on line tomorrow, as leaving for a job.
Look forward to your help. Thanks

For the airbag, horn, and cruise problem it's a pretty good bet - oh hell, it's the clockspring, period. It's a what? That's a ribbon wire coiled in a housing mounted behind the airbag on the steering column. It maintains the electrical circuit to the airbag, steering wheel cruise buttons and horn pad switch as you turn the steering wheel. 2000s have a lifetime free replacement warranty. It won't cost you a dime to have it replaced.
For your signal fuse problem the wiring diagram is showing two 15 amp fuses on the junction block fuse panel under the dash and one 20 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Let's say that's a typo. That fuse feeds B+ power to the combination flasher module. That's the tallest "relay" on the junction block panel. You could start with a new flasher module but be aware they cost around $50. Is there a nearby junkyard? Check all the bulb sockets for anything amiss.
