Default 02 GCS With 125K, What Would U Do?

My 2002 has 125k miles on it and lots of things have been taken care of during its life span, but out of the things that have not, would you wait for a fail or just do it?
Heh! I'm laid off, job hunting my rear off on-line and have all the head hunters looking at me but between all that I am going crazy with too much time on my hands.
I realize carte blanche part exchanges can open cans of worms and best left alone but thought I would put it out here.

Some of what has not been done are:Input and output sensors
  • o2 sensors
  • IAC valve
  • TPS
  • MAP sensor
  • Catalytic converter / muffler and resonator
  • Cam position sensor
  • Crank position sensor
Air Cleaner "Check Valve" ?? Didn't know that existed.

If it ain't broke and you're out of work, don't fix it.

All of the parts you listed except the upstream O2 sensor are still the original parts on my 96 gc with 211K miles. Runs like a top. Read a book, start jogging, go skydiving. Leave the van alone.
