Default 04 Caravan cylinder 3 misfire

Here is the deal. Just bought a 2004 caravan sxt with the 3.3l engine. Seller replaced plugs, wires, coil pack. There is a misfire code for cylinder 3. Took the van to a shop and was scanned, plugs and wires were swapped back and forth to make sure the issue wasnt there. Finally after a node light was used on injector 3, there was erradic signal so it was determined the injector wiring or computer is bad.
I split the loom from the plug at the back of the engine to the fuel rail. Tested all the wires for continuity from that plug forward and they were reading 0 ohms, individuall taped each wire for extra protection re taped the entire loom that I opened and re-installed the heat wrap. Still has the misfire obviously.
By the way the idle is pretty rough when in gear.
Any suggestions where to look next?

Not much choice. PCM, wires or injector.

I did swap injectors. It turned out that both the number 3 injector and the wiring harness was bad.
