A 2003 with 179k miles will probably be totaled. It will cost more than what the van is worth to have it repaired.

Where is the transmission leaking from? The pan or the cooler/lines? What do you mean by "exhaust doors"? A new condenser is $100. Evacuate and recharge refrigerant ~$150. My initial reaction is that the van is repairable.

Van may be reparable if you do the work but to have the work done by a shop will cost more than the van is worth. Actually as I recall if repairs are going to cost more than 60% of the vans value then many insurance companies will total it so repairs don't even have to cost more than the vans retail value. Very likely that once they get into it they'll find more damage. The estimate will answer your question.

Blue Book on your van is in the $3500 to $7000 range. Considering your mileage you're at the middle to low side of that value.

Not everyone is as talened as you are. Without photos of the damage, I wouldn't want to comment.
