I just had an oil change but my oil light remains lit on my dashboard. I have checked and I don't seem to be leaking oil. Is there a way to turn it off?

 

The actual oil lamp or the warning in the message center that says change oil? If it is the message center warning, turn the key to off, turn it to run and depress the gas pedal to the floor 3 times within 10 seconds and then turn the key to off. This should reset the warning. If the actual oil pressure lamp is on, you should bring it in to the shop.

 

If the oil warning light was lit check the oil level before driving it again.
