Had to get a tire replaced. The shop put my spare tire in the trunk so today I decided, let's get the spare back under the van (1997 Grand Caravan).

So I got the thing hoisted up and it's under my van...but it's wobbly. Is it supposed to be wobbly...or is there something that has to slide in place?

 

Should not be wobbly, should be tight up against the floor. The old winches get rusted, may have to spray it down with some lubricant.
