Quick question how can a key fob suddenly loose its programming?? my wifes key fob quit working, i thought battery but it was still good, i looked up how to program one and found out that was the problem, but i just don't understand how it can loose it??

 

It's got an electronic circuit in it to allow it to communicate with a receiver. That circuit is prone to all the hazards any other circuit is such as static electricity, intense magnetic fields, electromagnetic force, contact fretting, moisture, blunt force shock, poor materials/craftsmanship, etc.
