that's easy....the dealer. You might investigate why Dodge only used that flimsy plastic design for 08 and 09. Is the output shaft and window shape on later models the same??

Maybe a 2010 to 2013 setup is better and can be retrofitted?

x2 on checking with your dealer or if you want to save a little bit of $$ Google "Mopar parts" and do a search. I looked and this wiper arm costs around $30, so shipping costs might offset any savings from buying online.

I've long been contemplating retrofitting my 2008 rear arm with the 2010+ arm. I haven't taken a close look but it looks like the 2010+ arm has the universal hook-type blade attachment on it, as opposed to the 2008-09 arm that has the cheap plastic snap-type attachment that requires dealer-only blades. Can anyone with a 2010+ van confirm this? If this arm will only cost me $30-40 and it will attach to my 2008 rear wiper motor shaft just fine, I'm going to get it because I loathe the idea of paying $20 for a single wiper blade at the dealer when I buy the fronts at Costco for $8 each (on sale for $5.50 each through the end of March!).

I did some more searching and found that the 2008-2013 GC all have the same rear wiper motor, 5113411AB. I presume that the shaft that the wiper arm attaches to is part of that motor, since there is no specific component called "shaft". The 2008-2010 GC have the same rear arm, 68028437AA, and the 2011-2013 GC have rear arm 68102356AA. The shape of the glass couldn't have changed that much between 2008 and 2013, so the only other things I can think of that would prevent attaching a 2011+ wiper arm to a 2008-10 GC would be if there was something else on the glass in the travel path of the wiper blade/arm on the 2008-10 that isn't there on the 2011+, or if the motor/shaft's location changed significantly on the 2011+, both of which I highly doubt.

It doesn't help the OP with his busted arm, but the original blade is sold by Trico as part#16-E (Exact Fit) for about $10 or so. It is 100% identical to stock Chrysler part, so it appears Trico is the supplier for Chrysler. I know this because I installed one from rockauto on my van last week.

Hey, thanks! I think I'll be ordering one of those pretty soon. All the local parts stores show that as a dealer-only part. I just discovered RockAuto in the last couple of months, I didn't think to check there.

I'll keep the 2011+ arm retrofit option in mind in case I run into the OP's problem. I still fear busting that clip when I remove the old blade.
