If you have to be driving it, then the engine is shifting over and moving the harness causing the short. So turning right shift the engine and trans assembly left. Look for areas on the harness that would rub a sharp edge if moved left. Could try putting a pry bar against the motor mount and prying it left and see if you can get it to die. Then look for where the harness is rubbing. And never put in a larger fuse, all you get from that is a harness melt down and possible fire.

IN such cases...I replace the fuse with a pair of wires leading to a spare headlight bulb. FOr "normal" currents, the light bulb acts almost like a straight wire but if a short occurs, the light will simply brighten up, saving the wiring...and a fuse. It can help for those hard to repeat cases...while it seems not too hard to repeat here...so you can test ..or even drive....and see what happens and giving the possibility to see the trouble and returning to drivability once the trouble clears....
