When we start the van first thing in the morning the van runs fine. say that we stoped some place (after the van has time to warm up) then when we try to restart the van it chugs like crazy and we have to rev it up alot, when it has cleared out then it runs fine until the next time. It seemed to do it alot more in the summer then it does in the weather, so I don't know if it has anything to do with warm weather or not. Another thing today I drove it to work, it ran fine. I took it to the tire shop around the corner on break, it sat there for a couple hours. when I went to start it back up it was running really rough. It felt like it wanted to fall on it's face. Also the whole dash went out. Which I knew was a fuse. Got home replaced the fuse and it blew again right away. Stumped any ideas?
