Uconnect and ipod titles
that's odd. I am wondering if the radio has the SW in it to display the information. Let me look into this and get back to you. I have a friend that I can send an email to, I think he has this same radio.
Also, is this a US or Canada radio?

"sox" works more with the Harman radios, (730 & 730N)
Also, as I mentioned, this may be a basic radio with limited SW supported features in it.

somewhat correct, this particular RES radio does not have SAT radio, so because of this, there is no "INFO" button and the radio doesn't have the ability to display the information.
There are 3 different RES radios:
1) with Uconnect, SAT & INFO buttons.
2) without Uconnect & SAT radio buttons.
3) with SAT radio buttons and without Uconnect buttons.
#1 & 3 both will display the song info but #2 will not.

I couldn't stand using the RES radio anymore and went and installed an Pioneer Deck instead... only owning the van 3 months... Damn MP3 Discs would never work...
Cost List for everything
Radio - $350
Wiring Harness Module - $80
Steering Wheel Module - $80
Trim Pieces - $20
Antenna Adapter - $10
iPod Cable - $8 - Ebay fake (but works the sameway)
External Hard Drive - 250GB in glove box - Already had it
Toggle Switch - $4 (to enable vs hooking up to the Parking Brake Sensor)
Well worth the money and it was fairly easy to put in my 2012.
Wiring was the Axxess wiring which had the Steering Wheel Control Module harness already attached mostly plug and pay and self learning with the CANBUS system in the car. The Defrost button was flashing while programming but I don't miss the stock deck at all. I can have my Android Phone connect with Bluetooth and my iPod or iPhone connect with the cable and still control it all with the steering wheel. If you have VES there is a different module which will still let you use VES and sound go through the Deck. I have the Base model which is the CVP (Canada Value Package) but didn't want to pay so much extra at the dealer for a stock radio. Now I have updated the Firmware on my radio so that it can take the new iPods/iPhones but need to buy a new iPod Cable for Lightning Bolt.
Now do note you need to bend back the metal tabs for any double din radio to fit in the opening. Now I didn't feel like trimming and just bent the tabs with a small hammer that did the trick.
