I have an 09 Caravan with the 3.3 and only 44K. I am getting ready to go on a trip so I was looking things over. I have some oil leaks. Not dripping wet oil leaks but leakage just the same. Seems like some is comming from the front engine cover and all around the oil pan. Is this common on this engine? Is it covered by basic warranty? [It still has powertrain warranty coverage]
Another thing is rust appearing on a water pipe. On the front lower [RH side of the van] that the lower rad hose connects to. Is this a common problem area?
And is this usually covered by powertrain warranty.
