I recently purchased a used 2010 dodge caravan. The spare tire winch cover/center console clip seems to be missing a part because it is loose. I have the plastic piece with a picture of a tire on it. I believe I am missing a rubber gasket or something that would make it fit more securely.

After looking everywhere, I found this on wermopar.com


I believe the part I need isn't pictured, but is listed at the bottom as 4664375AB CONSOLE BASE CLIP.

The part itself doesn't have a helpful description. Is there anyone that confirm this is the part I am looking for?
