2004 Grand Caravan SXT bumper cover

Trying to replace damaged bumper cover for 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with foglights and am having a hard time finding the part. Does anyone know the manf part no. or if another LWB model bumper cover will fit?

you can use a fascia off of an '01 - '04 minivan. Would need a vin to get the spacific part number for you
