Need HELP!!!! an won't start driving me crazy
I drove the van in the morning with no problems. Turned it off when in the house took a nap. Came out started it nothing it would turn over but no spark. So I checked the fuse and relay first discovered the ASD fuse blow replaced it key just to the ON position the ASD fuse blew again.
1. told to turn the key silent for the fuel pump to hum it did so I was told that was working.
2. Told to disconnect the Alternator, Oxygen senors, Starter, Fuel injector did that turn the key the ASD fuse blew yet again.
3. I pull the fuse box out open the wrapping inspected the wires nothing then replace the fuse box itself. ASD fuse still blew
4. told it might be the ignition switch so it is a cheap part so I replaced it. ASD Fuse still blew.
5. So I disconnect anything I could see ASD Fuse still blew.
6.I replace the PCM cause everyone said it had to be the problem nope the ASD fuse still.
this time i notice something when I was reconnect the harness to the engine. I didn't realize I left the key in the ON position but the fuse blew just as I reconnect the engine harness does that mean the position might lay in those wires.
I want to know cause my last option is a BCM and ECM not cheap items.

I check everything i could think disconnected everything except a few connection unreachable.. This morning the VAN spit out a trouble code of P0118 (Electronic Coolant Temperature high circuit) one of the symptom of that is a no start ground.. Now I am going to pull out the Ignition and thermostat to pull it out crossing my finger...
If it the BCM or ECM with vehicle only value at less then a $1000 vs a $600 part.. I will be left to sell it..
Good Motor, Good Transmission, New Alternator, New Battery, New Water Pump
The test light show both are connected in the connector but i wiggle the wire from the back it goes on and off. I want to know if there is a ground connection in the connector. One of the wires is Blk/ Lt blu the wire going into the ECT sensor other is Grn/Org unsure where that one goes.. those are the 2 connection shorting out in the connector..
